TALIWANG.LombokJournal.com ~ Bacagub NTB Dr Hj Sitti Rohmi Djalilah dan Bacawagub Ir H W Musyafirin disambut sangat antusias dalam acara konsolidasi relawan Rohmi-Firin, Sabtu (07/09/24) sore di kawasan Kompleks KTC, Kota Taliwang, Sumbawa Barat, NTB.

Ribuan massa relawan pasangan Rohmi-Firin wilayah KSB, nampak menyemut di kawasan KTC Taliwang menyambut dua figur terbaik NTB yang maju dalam Pilgub NTB 2024 ini meski cuaca sempat mendung dan gerimis.

Bacagub NTB Dr Hj Sitti Rohmi Djalilah atau Ummi Rohmi yang identik dengan ikon Jilbab Ijo terus bergerak ke akar rumput dalam safari politiknya di pulau Sumbawa. 

Setelah menemui masyarakat di wilayah Kabupaten Bima, Kota Bima, dan Kabupaten Dompu dan Sumbawa, Ummi Rohmi yang juga Ketua Umum Muslimat NWDI itu menyapa masyarakat Sumbawa Barat.

“Apa rungan sia? (Bahasa Sumbawa : Apa kabar saudara?)” ujar Ummi Rohmi, mengawali orasi politiknya dengan menyapa ribuan relawan di KTC Taliwang.

“Rungan balooong.. (Kabar baik),” jawab ribuan relawan bergemuruh dan sangat kompak.

Dalam orasi politiknya, Jilbab Ijo memaparkan sejumlah program prioritas yang akan dilaksanakan pasangan Rohmi – Firin jika terpilih memimpin NTB ke depan.

Ummi Rohmi menekankan, program prioritas Rohmi – Firin akan yang berfokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat di bidang pendidikan, pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan, pembangunan infrastruktur penunjang kebutuhan dasar masyarakat, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi. 

“Saya sudah berkeling menemui masyarakat di puluhan titik di Kabupaten Bima, Kota Bima, Dompu dan Sumbawa. Lelah, tapi begitu sampai di KSB semua rasa lelah itu hilang. Sekarang malah makin semangat,” ujar Jilbab Ijo yang tampil energik, disambut gemuruh yel-yel dukungan dari ribuan relawan Rohmi-Firin.

Di hadapan ribuan relawan, Ummi Rohmi menegaskan, arah pembangunan NTB ke depan harus bisa secara optimal dan maksimal memberi kemaslahatan dan kesejahteraan untuk masyarakat NTB, baik yang berada di pulau Lombok maupun yang berada di Pulau Sumbawa.

Pemerataan pembangunan, papar Ummi Rohmi, sangat penting dilakukan. Bukan hanya dari sisi fisik dan infrastruktur secara geografis, namun juga pemerataan dan kesetaraan gender dalam pembangunan ke depan.

“Rohmi Firin ingin semua masyarakat punya akses yang sama untuk menikmati pelayanan publik yang baik, di bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, ekonomi, dan juga kesetaraan gender dan pemberdayaan perempuan. Agar NTB ke depan bisa semakin maju dan lebih mampu berdaya saing,” tegas Ummi Rohmi.

Cucu Pertama Pahlawan Nasional, Maulana Syaikh TGKH Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid ini juga menekankan, agar para relawan Rohmi-Firin untuk merapatkan barisan untuk meraih cita-cita bersama, dengan tetap mengedepankan rasa kebersamaan dan persaudaraan tanpa saling menghujat dan merendahkan pasangan lainnya.

Relawan Rohmi-Firin memadati lokasi acara di kawasan KTC Taliwang untuk melihat langsung Calon Gubernur pilihan mereka. 

Diketahui kedatangan ke KSB merupakan yang pertama bagi Ummi Rohmi setelah resmi berpasangan dengan Bupati, Haji Firin, sebagai calon gubernur dan wakil gubermur NTB. 

Tidak heran ribuan masyarakat dan relawan langsung tumpah ruah menyambut kedatangan mantan wakil gubernur itu.  

Rohmi – Firin yang diusung PDIP, Perindo dan PKB  telah mendaftar ke KPU NTB pada Rabu 28 Agustus lalu.

“Kami sangat bangga, dan semakin bersemangat setelah melihat langsung Ummi Rohmi calon Gubernur NTB. Apalagi orasi beliau sangat jelas dan tegas program Rohmi-Firin berpihak pada seluruh masyarakat NTB baik pulau Lombok maupun pulau Sumbawa,” kata Heni, relawan perempuan Rohmi – Firin, di lokasi acara.

Heni mengatakan, sudah saatnya NTB memiliki pemimpin perempuan seperti Ummi Rohmi. Menurut dia, Ummi Rohmi dan H Firin merupakan pemimpin yang ideal untuk NTB ke depan.

“Ummi sudah berpengalaman dan menjabat Wakil Gubernur NTB 2018-2023, sedangkan pak Haji Firin sudah dua periode menjabat Bupati KSB. Kemampuan dan kapasitas keduanya tentu sudah terbukti dan teruji. Inshaa Allah Rohmi – Firin akan memimpin NTB,” katanya.

Rangkaian kunjungan safari politik Bacawagub NTB Dr Hj Sitti Rohmi Djalilah di pulau Sumbawa sejak 2 September 2024 lalu, secara kongkrit menunjukkan peta kekuatan pasangan Rohmi – Firin dalam kontestasi Pilgub NTB 2024.

Tak hanya dari sisi kuantitas, para relawan pendukung Rohmi – Firin juga nampak merata dan seimbang dari sisi gender.

Pemprov NTB menganggap biaya hosting fee cukup besar, karena itu Pemerintah Pusat diminta segera memberikan bantuan 

JAKARTA.LombokJournal.com ~ Pemerintah Pusat diharapkan  membayar hosting fee MotoGP Mandalika sebesar 231 miliar rupiah. Nominal tersebut, terbilang cukup besar bila  ditanggung Pemerintah Provinsi NTB. Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi NTB Drs. H. Lalu Gita Ariadi, M.Si berharap biaya hosting fee 2024, didanai Pemerintah Pusat. Harapan ini muncul, karena tidak adanya alokasi anggaran dari daerah untuk pembiayaan hosting fee.

Pemprov NTB saat ini harus mendanai agenda nasional Pemerintah Pusat yang dibebankan kepada daerah, misalnya agenda Pilkada serentak dan pelaksanaan PON.

“Pemprov NTB saat ini fokus pada penyelenggaraan Pilkada serentak, yang jelas program ini menyedot cukup banyak anggaran. Bukannya tidak sanggup untuk membantu hosting fee, hanya saja pihaknya perlu mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme pembayaran dan berharap pembiayaan ditanggung Pusat,” kata Miq Gita. 

Hal diungkap Miq Gita, sapaan akrab Sekda NTB, pada acara talkshow Nation Hub yang diselenggarakan CNBC Indonesia TV, Kamis (05/09/24).

Baik Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) yang merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) bersama Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) masih menunggu kebijakan bantuan itu.

Namun jelang event MotoGP 2024, Kemenparekraf dan Pemerintah Pusat belum memberikan bantuan yang sedang ditunggu penyelenggara MotoGP karena mencari formulasi yang tepat. Pada tahun 2023, Pemerintah Pusat melalui Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif menggelontorkan 78,8 miliar rupiah dalam bentuk belanja iklan Wonderful Indonesia.

Di sisi lain, MotoGP harus tetap dilaksanakan, sebab event tersebut membawa banyak dampak baik untuk Indonesia terutama kawasan NTB. 

Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Sandiaga Salahudin Uno mengatakan siap berkolaborasi dalam MotoGP 2024. Saat ini pihaknya masih menunggu peluang untuk bekerja sama dengan penyelenggaraan acara tersebut. 

Menparekraf Sandiaga menekankan MotoGP telah menjadi ikon pariwisata di Indonesia bukan hanya NTB yang merasakan dampaknya tetapi juga seluruh destinasi wilayah atau wisata di Indonesia termasuk Bali.

Iru yang telah dilakukan Agus K Saputra, penyair yang telah menghasilkan beberapa buku antologi puisi, bertandang ke perpustakaan Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Mataram, Kamis (05/08/24) lalu. Buku yang diserahkan ke perpustakaan sekolah itu yaitu Kumpulan Puisi “Buku Harian Merah Muda” (Agus K Saputra, Penerbit CV Halaman Indonesia, Cetakan Pertama: Juni 2024)

Buku kumpulan itu memang layak diapresiasi para pelajar. Keseluruhan puisi terinspirasi dari novel ‘Hati Itu Berkata Cinta’ (2021) karya Dyah Ruwiyati. 

Menurut Tjak S Parlan, penyair dari Lombok yang kini hijrah ke Jawa, puisi-puisi dalam kumpulan ini bergerak mengikuti plot yang terbangun dalam novel. Dengan menggunakan sudut pandang (aku lirik) masa remaja, penulis mencoba menghidupkan tokoh-tokoh yang ada di dalamnya: tindakan-tindakan, peristiwa  yang dialami, curahan perasaan (hal. 54)

Tjak S Parlan menilai dugaan kemungkinan bahwa penulis menggunakan puisi untuk bercerita. Kali ini Ia merespon sebuah novel berlatar tahun 80-an. Era di mana remaja yang kasmaran memiliki gaya dan caranya sendiri.

Saat itu merupakan era di mana surat cinta masih sering ditulis dan diharapkan kedatangan pada suatu pagi, lewat seorang tukang pos yang membunyikan bel sepeda di depan rumah. Era saat perasaan-perasaan pribadi menjadi rahasia dan lebih sering ditumpahkan ke dalam buku-buku catatan harian (diary). Bukan dipampang di dinding media sosial seperti hari-hari ini (hal. 57)

Hal lain yang melatarbelakangi kumpulan puisi Agus K Saputra; pertama, kumpulan puisi ini semacam kerja gotong royong alias kolaborasi. Berawal dari Novel Karya Dyah Ruwiyati (Alumni Smansa 87). Setting cerita pun berlokasi di sekolah ini. 

Selama proses penciptaan puisi ini, Agus diminta oleh Wiwiet –panggilan kecil Dyah Ruwiyati– sebagai semacam editor. Dari sinilah kemudian “lahir” beberapa puisi. Sebagai bentuk komentar. Puisi-puisi tersebut “iseng-iseng” dikirim ke Soni Hendrawan. Lantas beberapa di antara puisi-puisi tersebut oleh Soni Hendrawan berprosesa menjadi musikalisasi puisi.

Kedua, beberapa kawan tahun lulus 1987 berbagi kebahagian mengan mencetak buku kumpulan puisi ini secara gotong royong. 

Sehingga makna kolaborasi alias cara gotong royong mewujud utuh menjadi sebuah karya seni. Hal ini tersampaikan kepada Pustakawan dan beberapa siswa yang sedang berkunjung. Seolah makna “gotong royong” menemukan jalan hidupnya kembali.

Pada kesempatan ini, Saprun –staf perpustakaan- berharap dengan adanya donasi berbentuk buku kumpulan karya puisi dari alumni, menambah minat siswa untuk berkarya. Bukan hanya di saat menyelesaikan tugas akhir.

Hal senada pun diutarakan oleh Eko Wahono dari Teater Lho Indonesia. Selama ia mengampu ekstra kulikuler teater hingga tahun 2012, potensi siswa untuk serius menulis karya puisi dan berteater sangat banyak. Bahkan di akhir 2023 kemarin beberapa siswa memintanya untuk mendukung proses cipta film pendek.

Dalam rapat tersebut dirinya menegaskan pentingnya memastikan Infrastruktur, Keamanan, Kesehatan, Transportasi dan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada tamu dan wisatawan dapat meninggalkan kesan yang baik.

Pj Gubernur  juga menekankan pentingnya sinergi dan koordinasi yang baik antara semua sektor.  Suksesnya moto GP menjadi marwah bangsa. 

“Ini adalah kerja bersama. Tidak ada sektor yang bekerja sendiri. Mulai dari keamanan, transportasi, kesehatan, hingga pelayanan publik, semuanya harus terintegrasi dengan baik untuk memastikan bahwa acara ini berjalan lancar dan sukses,” tambahnya.

Pj Gubernur juga mengingatkan pentingnya kesiapan infrastruktur dan fasilitas pendukung di sekitar Sirkuit Mandalika, termasuk akses transportasi, penginapan, dan pelayanan kesehatan. 

“Semua fasilitas harus siap. Kualitas layanan yang kita berikan akan menjadi cerminan dari NTB di mata internasional. Pastikan semuanya berjalan sesuai standar yang ditetapkan,” tegasnya.

Untuk itu, Pemerintah Provinsi NTB turut pula mendukung suksesnya penyelenggaraan PON tahun ini. 

Ketua Umum Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) NTB, H Mori Hanafi mengatakan, kontingen NTB  yang berangkat ke PON XXI tahun ini terdiri dari tiga bagian yakni Tim Aju, Tim Atlet dan Ofisial serta Tim Penutupan. 

“Tim Aju bertugas untuk memantau pelaksanaan PON Aceh Sumut dari semua aspek sebagai persiapan kita menjadi tuan rumah. Pasangan Ruslan-Normal menggagas terbentuknya Satgas Pengawas ASN untuk tegakkan demokrasi dalam  Pilkada Loteng 2024

MATARAM.LombokJournal.com ~ Bakal calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Lombok Tengah (Loteng), Ruslan Turmudzi-Lalu Normal Suzana atau Ruslan-Normal mengaku, telah mempersiapkan diri melawan calon petahana (Pathul Bahri dan Nursiah) di Pilkada 2024.

Politisi PDIP NTB ini, menegaskan bahwa ada kecenderungan calon petahana akan menggunakan dua hal tersebut. Karena itu, saat pendaftaran i KPU Lombok Tengah, dua.hal tesebut sudah disampaikannya ke publik.

Harapannya, adanya Satgas yang sudah dibentuk itu merupakan upaya untuk tegakkan demokrasi yang baik dan sehat di Pilkada Loteng.
